Several factors are currently affecting the global oil
market. Investors are closely watching the possibility of an agreement between
Washington and Tehran, which could reduce tensions and help restore oil
supplies through the Strait of Hormuz.
Global oil prices have been changing since September
25 amid expectations of a possible ceasefire between the United States and
Iran. At the same time, market participants continue to monitor the risk of
supply disruptions in the Middle East.
On September 25, Iran said it was ready to reach an
agreement with the United States.
Iran has also expressed its willingness to resume
negotiations with the US, while not ruling out the possibility of a new
military conflict. Tehran has also outlined conditions under which it would be
ready to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
