According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed the current aspects of interaction to advance the political peace process in Afghanistan by continuing inclusive inter-Afghan negotiations.

The importance of uniting the efforts of the international community to help establish lasting peace in Afghanistan was noted.

Qatar’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan emphasized the importance of the infrastructure projects being implemented by Uzbekistan in Afghanistan for the speedy recovery of the country’s economy.
