At the
beginning of the meeting, sincere greetings and best wishes from President of
the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev were conveyed.
Views were
exchanged on prospects for further activating political dialogue, expanding
trade, economic, and investment cooperation, and strengthening cultural and
humanitarian ties.
Topical
issues on the regional and international agenda, as well as prospects for
cooperation within international organizations, were also discussed.
Expressing
gratitude to the President for the warm reception, Bakhtiyor Saidov confirmed
that the foreign ministries of both countries are ready to consistently
continue cooperation on the path of further strengthening the Uzbekistan-India
strategic partnership.
