Over the past period, various Asian football events have been organized in Uzbekistan and joint projects have been implemented. In particular, for the first time in the history of the republic, the Asian U23 and U20 Championships, the conference of Presidents and general Secretaries of AFC member associations were held. AFU actively participates in various continental qualifying tournaments, inter-club tournaments, women's football and CAFA competitions. All these points were taken into account by the AFC.
