The ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Tourism Committee U. Shadiyev, Ambassador of Malaysia to Uzbekistan Ilham Tua bin Illias, the management of AirAsia, as well as representatives of the tourism industry and the media.

The launch of this flight will help increase the tourist flow to Uzbekistan from Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and other target markets in the region.
