This was reported
by the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change.
According to
preliminary data, at approximately 06:30 AM today, the floodwaters breached a
specialized trench. As a result, the oil-mixed liquid spread into the
surrounding environment.
Currently, the
situation is being investigated on-site by a working group consisting of
Eco-Police officers and representatives from other relevant organizations.
Specialists are
working to provide a legal and environmental assessment of the incident.
Additional information will be provided upon the conclusion of the
investigations.
