According to the decree, Al-Khorezmi University will be established, specializing in training personnel in the field of engineering and IT.
The main activities of the University are:
training of personnel with higher education, with modern knowledge and qualifications, in the fields of mathematics, aerospace technology, engineering, IT and artificial intelligence;
implementation of scientific research based on existing needs in socio-economic spheres, as well as close cooperation with reputable, recognized scientific centers abroad, wide involvement of students in scientific and innovative activities.
The educational process at the university will be organized from the 2025/2026 academic year, students will be taught in the state and English languages on the basis of a credit-modular system.
The activities of the Urgench branch of the V.I. Romanovsky Institute of Mathematics are organized in the University building and the practice of attaching a student to each researcher is being introduced.
The educational process at the University is carried out on the basis of a government grant and a paid contract.
