According to the amendment to the Law "On Plant Quarantine", legal entities are granted the right to carry out activities on the basis of a license for fumigation of quarantined products exported from Uzbekistan.
Amendments and additions are being made to the Law "On Licensing, Licensing and Notification Procedures", providing for the licensing of fumigation activities for quarantined products exported from Uzbekistan.
Fines have also been increased for operating without a license for wholesale and retail trade in mineral fertilizers and chemicals used for plant protection, as well as for fumigation of quarantined products exported from Uzbekistan.
The Law "On State Duty" establishes the amount of state duty for licensing activities related to the wholesale and retail sale of mineral fertilizers and chemicals used for plant protection, as well as activities related to the fumigation of quarantined products exported from Uzbekistan.
At the same time, the state fee for licensing activities in the wholesale and retail trade of mineral fertilizers and chemicals used for plant protection is set at 2 times the amount of the BRV, and for licensing activities for the fumigation of quarantined products exported from Uzbekistan, at 3 times the amount of the BRV.
