N. Burita thanked the Uzbek side for participating in the Global Forum of the UN Alliance of Civilizations in Fez (Morocco).
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and tourism spheres.
It was emphasized that the current volume of trade does not meet the existing potential of the two countries.
Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed at the talks, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
