It is reported that as the new head of the company, Elon Musk has removed Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, Finance Director Ned Segal, senior legal and political affairs specialist Vijaya Gadde and chief legal Adviser Sean Edgett, the Turkish Anadolu Agency reports.

Earlier, Elon Musk acquired 9.2 percent of Twitter shares. And on April 14, the businessman announced his readiness to purchase 100 percent of Twitter shares at a price of $ 54.2 per unit.

On Twitter, on April 25, it was announced that an agreement had been reached to sell the company to Musk.

On May 13, Musk announced that the deal to buy the social network Twitter for $ 44 billion was temporarily suspended.

"The deal with Twitter has been temporarily suspended pending details confirming data that fake and spam accounts really represent less than 5 percent of users [of the social network]," the American billionaire said.

On July 8, Elon Musk announced that he had terminated the agreement to purchase Twitter, citing violations of several provisions.

Musk's lawyers said that Twitter did not respond or refused to respond to numerous requests for information about fake or spam accounts on the platform, which is important for the company's business efficiency. And Twitter, in response, sued Musk for terminating the deal.

However, in early October, the entrepreneur again offered to buy Twitter at the same price that he had originally offered - $ 44 billion. The billionaire said this in a letter to the leadership of the social network.

The judge considering Twitter's lawsuit against Musk decided to suspend the process so that the contract of sale could be concluded before October 28.
