The distinguished guest together with the Minister of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change Aziz Abdukhakimov visited the Congress Hall in the tourist center. The parties discussed preparations for the 21st meeting of the Committee for the Implementation of the Convention to Combat Desertification (CRIC-21).
The Secretary General also got acquainted with the "Eternal City" and the Registan complex. Tiav highly appreciated the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
Recall that the CRIC-21 event will be held in Samarkand from November 13 to 17.
