Cooperation has been established here with BYD Uzbekistan Factory and ADM Jizzakh to train qualified specialists and ensure their employment.
The training programs at the Engineering School are organized with an innovative approach across four educational areas specializing in the transport sector. In particular, students who complete their second year with high performance undergo two years of dual training on modern educational platforms developed in accordance with the requirements of the BYD plant. Students also participate in practical training in close cooperation with the plant, which enables them to receive a special employment-recommendation certificate.
In short-term preparatory courses, candidates applying for work at the automobile plant, enterprise employees, and unemployed youth receive training in the professions they select. A mini conveyor line for producing BYD vehicles has also been created here. The production workshop includes welding, painting, assembly, and quality-control sections.
Special rooms have been established for studying the structure of electric vehicles and charging stations, servicing electric cars, conducting industrial and software engineering, and performing cost calculations and reverse engineering.
In the global automotive industry, there is one unshakeable principle: a company that does not analyze its competitors cannot develop.
At this Engineering School in Jizzakh, training is being provided for the first time in skills such as technical and analytical product comparison, cost modeling, production optimization, and aligning processes with global standards.
The school is open not only to students but also to young people and specialists wishing to work in the industry. It offers advanced training programs, basic professional courses, and practical modules for entrepreneurs. Leading specialists and experienced engineers from industrial enterprises participate in these programs.
The school's primary goal is to immerse students in a real production environment even before they are employed. As a result, graduates become skilled, competitive professionals who fully meet the labor market’s requirements.
The Head of State reviewed the school’s course of studies and spoke with students working on the mini-conveyor line.
The President also held a meeting with the country’s and the region’s leadership. It was noted that in recent years, Jizzakh has demonstrated promising results in industry, agriculture, and other sectors. However, the region’s potential is still not being fully utilized.
“We came to Jizzakh to identify new growth points. The main thing is to create decent conditions for the population, especially for young people, and to provide them with well-paid jobs”, the Head of State emphasized.
