The parties agreed to create a tourist and recreational zone "Kainar" in the Kitab district of Kashkadarya region. This zone is designed to serve 200 thousand foreign tourists annually and includes the development of a master plan at the international level for this territory.
An agreement on the construction of a modern suspension road worth $ 15 million was also signed.
In addition, the issue of joint development of a special economic zone near the Karshi International Airport was discussed. The Chinese side expressed its readiness to cooperate in the comprehensive development of this region and attract Chinese companies for this purpose.
