Doniyor Yusupov graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Motor Transport Engineers with bachelor's and master's degrees in "Construction of highways and structures", as well as "Highways and airfields".
During his career, he held responsible positions in the Tashkent City Trust for Road Construction and Repair, the Republican Road Fund, the Directorate for the Construction and Reconstruction of Highways, the Customer Service of regional roads in Tashkent, as well as in the khokimiyat of Yunusabad district.
Prior to his appointment, Donier Yusupov worked as Deputy khokim of Yunusabad district for construction, barrier-free environment, communications development, ecology and landscaping.
