Ayubkhon Sultonov is a graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.
Throughout his professional career, he served as a department head within the Ministry of Digital Technologies. He also gained extensive experience working in the Department of Financial Technologies, Digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
