According to the International Olympic Committee, football, rugby-7, field hockey, handball, water polo and cricket competitions will begin in the first two days.
The opening ceremony will take place on July 14 simultaneously at two arenas ‑ Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and SoFi Stadium.
The first medalists will be determined on July 15. The first gold medal will be awarded in the triathlon. July 29 is the busiest day of the large‑scale conference: finals in about 35 sports are scheduled.
On July 30, the closing ceremony of the competition will take place, as well as decisive matches in basketball, handball, water polo and other team sports.
