The first official meeting, chaired by the new President of the OCA, Sheikh Joaan Al Thani, was devoted to improving the work of the organization's headquarters and management system, preparing for upcoming complex competitions, expanding cooperation with other regions and implementing joint projects.
During the visit, the participants also met with Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishaal Al-Sabah and Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah. During the talks, ways to further strengthen partnership and promising areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kuwait in the sports field were discussed.
