It was noted that the escalation of the situation and conflicts in the Middle East poses a serious threat to regional stability and peace. Deep concern was expressed over unacceptable actions that intensify contradictions within the Muslim ummah during the holy month of Ramadan.
It was emphasized that the immediate cessation of any actions threatening state sovereignty, peace, and stability is in the common interests of the countries of the region.
The Leader of Uzbekistan also expressed deep gratitude to His Highness the Amir for the measures being taken and the conditions being created to ensure the safety of our citizens in Qatar and their return to the country.
In turn, the Amir of Qatar expressed special gratitude to the President of Uzbekistan for the friendly conversation, constant support, sincere words of solidarity during these difficult times, and for the great attention given to the development of bilateral relations of strategic partnership.
