The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation announced this. The SISGP scholarship program is aimed at supporting young professionals with leadership potential who aim to contribute to sustainable development. The program covers English-language Master's programs at 29 leading Swedish universities, including top European institutions such as KTH, Lund University, Uppsala University, Karolinska Institute, and Chalmers University.
Uzbekistan citizens can apply for Master's programs in fields such as public administration, medicine, entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as STEM — Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
The application process is carried out in two parallel stages:
First, candidates select a Master's program and submit documents to universities through the centralized platform www.universityadmissions.se by January 15, 2026.
Following this, a separate application for the Swedish Institute scholarship is submitted between February 9 and 25, 2026.
Candidates are required to have at least a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English at the specified level, at least one year of work experience relevant to the chosen field, and must provide a letter reflecting leadership skills and motivation.
