During the visit, negotiations were held by the leadership of the regional department of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, during which the current state of cooperation between the regions of the two countries in the trade and economic sphere, in particular, as well as prospects for strengthening cooperation in the fields of agriculture, science, education and tourism were considered.

Following the meeting, mutual intentions were expressed to take measures to develop partnership relations between representatives of Iranian regional business and Khorezm entrepreneurs to attract mutual investments, introduce innovations and expand mutual trade turnover.
