Representatives of Uzbekistan and The Hague Center for Law and Arbitration discussed the issues of training and retraining of specialists in the field of law and business

    The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Benelux countries, Dilyor Khakimov, met online with a senior partner of The Hague Center for Law and Arbitration Ali Maroussi.

    The meeting took place within the framework of maintaining cooperation with international organizations, including those specializing in the field of law.

    The Hague Center for Law and Arbitration is a network of about 200 professional lawyers from around the world with headquarters in The Hague. The Center offers legal and arbitration services in various fields, organizes training courses, conferences and seminars in such areas as international law, trade and investment, mediation and arbitration, legal expertise and risk management.

    According to Ali Marusi, the transformation processes in Uzbekistan arouse genuine interest among foreign partners - politicians, businessmen, experts, scientists from different countries. Special attention is paid to the sphere of economy, which is beginning to open up more and more new opportunities for local and foreign entrepreneurs.

    Referring to the prospects of cooperation, the representative of the SCPA expressed readiness to develop cooperation with the Uzbek side, including in the field of training and retraining of specialists in the field of law and business in the form of online and offline courses, the Dune news agency reports.

    The Hague Center for Law and Arbitration courses allow civil servants, judges, business owners, company executives and international lawyers to get better acquainted with the latest achievements in the field of law and management, improve their knowledge and skills and be well informed on all legal issues in which they may have an active or passive interest.

    Separate topics include the following areas: mediation and arbitration, law and business, negotiation, drafting of international contracts, effective mechanisms for settling international disputes, law and technology.
