According
to the diplomats, due to our compatriot violating Russian migration laws, her
three-year-old child had been placed under guardianship at a children's home in
Novosibirsk.
Diplomats
promptly prepared all necessary documents — certificates for return to the
Homeland. At the same time, urgent negotiations were held with the management
of the Temporary Detention Center for Foreign Citizens where the child's mother
was being held.
Upon the
completion of all consular formalities, the child was brought to the
Novosibirsk airport by diplomats, where they reunited with the mother and
returned to the Homeland.
