This is stated in the government decree "On measures to attract young people to the IT sector, orient them towards high-paying professions by improving digital knowledge and skills" (No. 849 dated December 31, 2025).

According to the resolution, a national competition will be held annually to reward participants who have achieved the highest results within the framework of this project.

The winners of the contest will receive cash prizes and valuable gifts, including:

monetary remuneration in the equivalent of 1,000 US dollars for 100 teachers;

10 teachers - travel packages abroad;

500 young laptops;

500 young people - valuable gifts;

3 cash prizes of higher educational organizations;

Two secondary schools will be awarded the "Presidential gift" - an electric car.

The following opportunities will also be created for young people within the framework of the "Heirs of Muhammad al-Khorezmi" project.:

free training in modern professions in the field of digitalization, including IT project manager, startup project manager and foreign languages;

free training at training courses for obtaining IT certificates of international professional level.
