As is known, according to current regulations, neighborhoods that have won in two consecutive seasons are temporarily deprived of the right to submit new projects for the following two seasons. This was announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
It is noted that a list of neighborhoods unable to participate in the first season of 2026 has been formed.

At the same time, in accordance with current rules, no "break" was applied to neighborhoods in 23 districts (cities) where the total number of neighborhoods is fewer than 15.
Significantly, neighborhoods under a "break" still have the opportunity to promote projects in cooperation with other neighborhoods on a partnership basis.
