According to data from the automatic monitoring station for atmospheric air pollution on November 24, 2025, the air quality in the capital remains poor.
PM10 concentration: 244 micrograms/m3, which has not exceeded the permissible standard of 300 micrograms/m3.
PM2.5 concentration: 180 micrograms/m3, which is 3 times higher than the norm of 60 micrograms/m3.
Officials emphasize that the excessive concentration of fine particles in the air is influenced by sharp temperature fluctuations. The inversion process causes air pollutants to be trapped and accumulate in the lower atmospheric layers.
Tashkent residents are advised to limit prolonged periods outdoors, and precautionary measures are especially recommended for vulnerable groups, including children, the elderly, and citizens with cardiovascular diseases.
