Recall that the launch of the Young Leaders project took place within the framework of Dubai EXPO 2020 with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov.
The project involves 22 representatives of ministries of Uzbekistan. Including specialists of the Strategic Development Agency.
The project covers the main stages of training: leadership, public finance, forecasting the future, leading breakthrough innovations, crisis management, politics, strategic management and performance management, leadership through the media and through the involvement of citizens in communication.
To date, 46 hours of online training have already been completed in these thematic areas. And now the practical part has started - offline training of project participants in the relevant ministries of the UAE.
As a result of the training program, each participant of the project, with the assistance of experts from relevant ministries of the UAE, should develop a concept for the development of the chosen direction, which can then be put into practice already in their ministries and departments, the press service of the Agency for Strategic Development reports.
