According to the document, young specialists from Uzbekistan will be able to work in large industrial sectors of the province on a regional visa, developing their knowledge and professional skills as highly qualified personnel.

"Today's agreement with the Migration Agency is the first document in the history of our province in the field of attracting foreign labor. We pay special attention to language proficiency, and highly appreciate the level of training and education system of Uzbek youth," Gyeongsangnam-do Governor Park Wansu said.

The parties also discussed the E-8 visa program for seasonal workers and agreed to implement joint projects in this area in the future.

· The E-7 (Specially Designated Activities Visa) is a professional work visa issued to foreigners who are qualified in certain specialties.

· E-8 (Seasonal Worker Visa) is a temporary visa for attracting foreigners to seasonal work in agriculture and fishing.
