Yesterday, November 2, the waiting area for greeters opened. A separate pavilion with a total area of 500 sq. m. m is located in the parking lot P2 in the arrivals area of the international airport.
The meeting area provides seating for the greeters, as well as a cafe and a flower shop will open in the near future, vending machines, ATMs, charging stations for mobile devices will be installed.
According to the press service of Uzbekistan Airports, the pavilion is a temporary solution. At the moment, the development of an expansion project for the existing terminal is at the completion stage, where conditions will be provided for greeters and mourners.
