According to the National Statistics Committee, as of July 1, 2025, the permanent population of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 37.9 million people.
This figure increased by 2% compared to the same period in 2024.

According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of Uzbekistan's imports in January-October 2025 amounted to 37.5 billion US dollars. Compared to the same period last year, imports increased by 16.9%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, 381.7 thousand students were admitted to higher education institutions in Uzbekistan in the 2024/2025 academic year.
