In which region of Uzbekistan are the most grapes grown?

This indicator increased by 7.8% compared to the same period last year.

The volume of grapes grown by region was:

·        Surkhandarya region -15.6 thousand tons;

·        Namangan region-8 thousand tons;

·        Kashkadarya region-8 thousand tons;

·        Bukhara region-6.7 thousand tons;

·        Samarkand region-4,9 thousand tons;

·        Ferghana region-3 thousand tons;

·        Navoi region-2.9 thousand tons;

·        Andijan region-2.4 thousand tons;

·        Tashkent region – 1,4 thousand tons;

·        Khorezm region – 1,4 thousand tons;

·        Syrdarya region-0.9 thousand tons;

·        Jizzakh region-0.7 thousand tons;

·        The Republic of Karakalpakstan-0.4 thousand tons.
