According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, the company buys broccoli as raw materials from all regions of the republic. The daily production capacity of the enterprise is 35 tons, of which 20 tons in fresh form and 15 tons in ice cream are supplied to Europe and Asia. Contracts worth 2 million US dollars have been concluded with the Russian Federation.
Currently, the company has established the production of mashed broccoli cabbage, finished products are supplied to the Russian market.
In 2023, the company plans to double its production capacity.
Today 280 people work here, 210 of them seasonal and 70 permanent employees. In the future, it is planned to increase the number of employees to 500 people.
