The main purpose of this Summit is to exchange knowledge and experience, create opportunities for capacity building, establish connections, create a platform for women power engineers and specialists working in the energy sector to promote gender equality and social integration.

As a result of this event, women working in the energy sectors of Central Asian countries were able to share their experience and knowledge, as well as discuss common goals and barriers they face professionally and personally. Together, the participants were able to think about and discuss possible solutions and ways to increase the number of young women and girls entering the sphere in the future.
