During the meeting, the responsible employee of the JDS project office, Nagasawa Yuka, provided detailed information about the conditions of participation in the project, the opportunities provided to candidates, and educational programs.

The purpose of this project, launched in 1999, is to organize the training of promising young employees of the republic under the master's degree programs of leading higher educational institutions in Japan and to promote the socio-economic development of Uzbekistan.

The project is funded by the Government of Japan free of charge. At the meeting, the scholarship candidates received answers to their questions.
