The Second Uzbek-Chinese Interregional Forum will be held in Samarkand

    On June 1-2, 2025, the Second Uzbek-Chinese Interregional Forum, a large-scale event aimed at strengthening strategic partnership, developing interregional cooperation and expanding investment and business ties between Uzbekistan and China, will be held in the city of Samarkand, at the site of the Silk Road Samarkand International Tourism Center.

    The forum will bring together more than 1,500 participants, including representatives of business circles, governments, regional administrations, as well as scientific and educational institutions of the two countries.

    The purpose of the forum is to create a stable platform for discussing and launching new joint projects, expanding trade, economic, investment, scientific and technical cooperation.

    The focus is on practical cooperation at the regional level, support for small and medium-sized businesses, the development of high technologies, digitalization and the "green" economy, as well as cultural and educational exchange.

    The forum's program includes plenary sessions, panel sessions, B2B, G2B and G2G meetings, an exhibition of joint products, as well as specialized forums in the fields of agriculture, education and innovation, and women's entrepreneurship.

    Within the framework of the event, it is planned to sign a number of agreements and launch new investment projects. The forum will be an important step in strengthening comprehensive partnership between the regions of Uzbekistan and the provinces of China, confirming the high level of trust and interest in long-term cooperation.
