The area, approximately 1.5 kilometers long, begins at the building of the Mirzo‑Ulugbek district khokimiyat and extends to the Central Recreation Park.

According to the district khokimiyat, as part of the project, existing trees and green areas will be preserved and brought into order. Buildings located along the canal will be subject to an inventory, and illegally occupied territories will be brought into compliance with the established procedure.

It is also planned to create pedestrian and bicycle paths, special paths for people with disabilities, install benches and gazebos, and build children’s and workout areas.

On the ground floors of apartment buildings No. 1A, 2, 3, 5 and 7 in the Mirzakalon Ismoiliy mahalla, it is planned to make effective use of the spaces to promote entrepreneurial activity and create new jobs.
