The document establishes the legal basis for remote participation of the population in court proceedings in civil, economic and administrative matters.

Thus, to ensure the participation in the court session of persons participating in the case, videoconferencing systems of the relevant courts at the place of residence, place of stay or location of these persons, or mobile videoconferencing systems of the court considering the case, are used in the videoconference mode.

The court, which ensures the participation of persons participating in the case in the court session via videoconference, checks the attendance and establishes the identity of the persons who appeared. The identity of the persons participating in the court session via videoconferencing using a mobile videoconferencing system is established by the court considering the case using information technology.

Relevant amendments have been made to the Codes of Civil Procedure, the Codes of Economic Procedure and the Code of Administrative Procedure.
