The document approved the Regulation on the procedure for the participation of directorates of industrial zones of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent with the right to lease land plots in the construction of ready-made buildings and structures (industrial mortgage) in order to accommodate projects for the organization of services for participants in industrial zones.
This procedure for registration by the directorates of industrial zones of joint ownership of land plots with the right to lease applies to projects worth more than the equivalent of $ 100 thousand.
The position determines the orders:
organization and management of share capital;
selection of business entities engaged in the construction of ready-made buildings and structures;
acceptance of obligations by the parties;
as well as the rights and obligations of shareholders.
The land plot to be included in the authorized fund of a business company must be registered in the state register as the property of the directorate. At the same time, the management's share in the authorized capital of the business company in the form of the cost of the land lease right should not exceed 49%.
The terms of the joint activities of the participants in the authorized fund of the business company should be defined in the investment agreement.
