The Regulation regulates relations related to:
· the rights and obligations of persons who are prescribed to wear an electronic bracelet;
· responsibility for violation of the order of wearing an electronic bracelet;
· the procedure for collecting material damage in case of damage or loss of an electronic bracelet.
· The electronic bracelet will be applied in stages starting from January 1, 2025.
An electronic bracelet is worn on the leg of a person who has been subjected to a preventive measure in the form of house arrest or who has been sentenced to restriction of freedom. If it is impossible to wear the bracelet on the leg (bone fracture, medical treatment with other injuries, etc.), it is allowed to wear it on the arm.
The electronic wristband does not apply to:
· persons under the age of 18;
· pregnant women;
· women with children under 3 years of age;
· persons with disabilities of group I or II;
· persons who are not recommended to wear an electronic bracelet for medical reasons (persons with an implanted pacemaker, infectious skin diseases (allergic contact dermatitis, skin fungi or scabies)).
The persons to whom the electronic bracelet is applied are obliged to:
· charge the electronic bracelet within the set time;
· do not remove the electronic bracelet without permission;
· do not perform actions related to damage to the electronic bracelet.
