Accordingly, the maintenance of some species of wild animals by the population in semi-free conditions, artificially created habitat or in captivity is prohibited.

The list of these animals, as well as the procedure for their maintenance by legal entities (organizations) are determined by the Government.

The law comes into force from the date of its official publication, the Ministry of Justice reports.
