Deep condolences are expressed

    On May 16 of this year, the leadership of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade represented by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan S. Umurzakov, Deputy Ministers L. Kudratov and Sh. Vafayev was visited by the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the Republic of Uzbekistan to express condolences on the death of the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

    During the conversation with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to Uzbekistan, Said Matar Sultan Al-Siri Al-Kamzi, the outstanding achievements of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in the formation of the UAE as one of the most dynamically developing countries in the world were noted, demonstrating a unique example of breakthrough growth in a short period of time.

    It was stressed that during the presidency of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a new dynamic was given to the bilateral relations of Uzbekistan and the UAE, which allowed them to be brought to a qualitatively new level.

    In turn, the head of the Emirati diplomatic mission expressed deep gratitude for the support and readiness to continue developing large-scale bilateral cooperation in all areas.

    During his visit to the Embassy, S. Umurzakov made an entry in a special book of condolences, the press service of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
