According to the Decree, the following are set as the main objectives of this document:

Expanding the activities of centers for ensuring women's employment and strengthening their health in neighborhood;

By the "HAMROH Women’s Entrepreneurship Support Company" LLC in 2026–2027:

Allocating 2 trillion UZS to financially support entrepreneurial projects of 6,000 women;

Training 2,800 women in entrepreneurship;

Assisting 2,000 women in their entrepreneurial activities through mentoring.

Centers established by district (city) hokimiyats will be leased out by the Committee on Family and Women of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and the regional and Tashkent City Departments of Family and Women, respectively, for organizing activities such as tailoring, confectionery, fitness, shaping, and vocational training for women.
