According to this, the Law "On the Commissioner under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities" added to the duties of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs:

• keeping records of the Book of registration of inspections in electronic form;
• maintaining an electronic register of mandatory requirements.

According to the amendments to the Law "On Auditing Activities", republican public associations of auditors additionally perform the following functions:

• approve the regulations for the qualification exam, the procedure for issuing, reissuing, extending and terminating the auditor's qualification certificate, a standard program for improving the qualifications of auditors;
• conduct a qualification exam;
• they issue an auditor's qualification certificate.
