The order of the Ministry of Health No. 25 dated December 15, 2025 provides for the phased formation of a list of medicines dispensed on the basis of the Electronic Prescription system.
That is, at the first stage, the mandatory use of an electronic prescription was established for systemic antibiotics, synthetic antibacterial drugs, as well as hormonal medicines.
The draft new order provides for a complete transition to an electronic prescription system for all prescription drugs (with the exception of certain categories of potent substances, drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as processes related to the repatriation program) in all medical organizations and pharmacies in Tashkent, as well as 15 districts (cities) where A pilot project is being implemented.
