According to the decision:
·
vehicle storage — 20 percent of the Basic Calculation
Unit (BCU) per day;
·
evacuation and transportation by specialized vehicle —
20 percent of the BCU per kilometer.
At the
same time, the total cost of evacuating a vehicle to an impound lot must not
exceed four times the BCU.
The
introduction of unified capped tariffs will make the system clearer and more
transparent, protect citizens from unjustified calculations, and prevent
overpayments.
The main
objective is not only to regulate service prices, but also to ensure order on
the capital's streets. Vehicles must not block pedestrian pathways, crosswalks,
and other public areas.
A
comfortable city begins with mutual respect among all traffic participants.
Sidewalks belong to pedestrians, roads to transport, and rules must be uniform
and clear for everyone.
