According to the amendments, for teachers who carry out professional activities in the field of education and upbringing on the basis of an employment contract in educational organizations, the cost of the following public services will amount to 50 percent of their total cost:
in the field of the state cadaster of real estate objects;
on connection to engineering and communication networks;
to determine the level of knowledge of general education subjects and issue a certificate;
on granting permission to take the exam for obtaining a tractor driver's license;
by affixing an apostille on official documents and others.
At the same time, according to the amendments, it was established that the directors and deputy directors of specialized schools and boarding schools are trained once every 5 years at advanced training courses in management, organized by the Ministry of Culture, on the job.
In addition, the procedure for the expulsion of students from specialized schools and boarding schools, their transfer to other areas or to other educational institutions has been defined.
