Goals:
expanding
the network of Presidential, creative and specialized schools and strengthening
their material and technical base;
creating
more favorable conditions for their continued efforts to improve the system of
identification, selection, education and upbringing of gifted youth.
Amendments
and additions are being made to some acts of the President providing for the
improvement of the activities of the Foundation for the Support of Gifted Youth
at the Agency of Specialized Educational Institutions and the expansion of
sources of formation of funds of the Fund.
In
particular, the document introduced amendments and additions to Presidential
Decree No. UP-5815 dated 09.09.2019 "On the formation of the Agency for
Specialized Educational Institutions under the Ministry of Preschool and School
Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
It was
determined that the Fund's revenues in 2026 will be generated from the exceeded
portion of the republican budget revenue plan for the second quarter in the
amount of 100 billion soums, as well as by allocating appropriate funds from
extra-budgetary funds from ministries and departments based on a decision of
the Fund's Board of Trustees.
The
