According
to Report, citing Indian media, Guterres made this statement in an address to
the BRICS summit in India.
"Today's
economic, demographic, and geopolitical realities differ from the situation in
1945. And our structures must reflect this," he said.
Guterres
noted that "the countries represented at this summit illustrate how the
realities in the world are changing." We are moving faster and faster
towards a multipolar world."
