According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-March 2025, 13.5 thousand Uzbek citizens left for Thailand for tourist purposes.
Their number increased by 7.3 thousand people or 2.2 times compared to the corresponding period last year.
The number of Uzbek citizens who traveled to Thailand in January-March 2025 for travel purposes:
travel – 11,880 people;
visiting relatives – 1,510 people;
staff – 56 people;
study – 7 people;
treatment – 3 people.
According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of Uzbekistan's imports in January-October 2025 amounted to 37.5 billion US dollars. Compared to the same period last year, imports increased by 16.9%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, 381.7 thousand students were admitted to higher education institutions in Uzbekistan in the 2024/2025 academic year.
