The applicants reported a lack of financial resources for the purchase of air tickets due to fraudulent actions by a private employment agency that organized their travel abroad for the purpose of employment.
Taking into account the current situation, the Embassy has established a working contact with the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan. As a result of the approvals, air tickets were purchased for the applicants at the expense of the Fund for Support and Assistance to Migrant Workers.
On January 17, the compatriots returned to their homeland.
The Embassy's work to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Uzbek citizens working abroad continues.
