This enterprise was launched in 2019, with a total project cost of over $10 million. Thanks to advanced technologies and equipment from Germany, Japan, Türkiye, and China, a capacity has been created to produce 9 million units of clothing of 800 types per year. Some products are exported, and the main part is supplied to the domestic market, to Indenim stores.

The Head of state got acquainted with the work process and products of the enterprise.

“Our country has enough textile raw materials, and the quality of products is improving. However, our design school is not sufficiently developed. Nowadays, fashion is changing rapidly in the world. For our clothing enterprises to be competitive, it is necessary to develop a design school”, Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.

In this regard, instruction was given to improve the quality of personnel training and send specialists to improve their experience in countries with advanced design schools, for example, Italy. The need to study and forecast the market and assist entrepreneurs was also emphasized.

The enterprise has a monocenter where employees are trained. Today, the company employs 800 women.

The Indenim Textile Cluster has created a chain for growing and processing cotton, producing yarn, sewing, and selling clothes. These facilities employ 9 thousand people.

The Head of state was informed about the plans of the enterprise. In the future, it is planned to increase the volume of spinning and dyeing of fabrics and clothing production. $55 million is intended to be invested for these purposes. As a result, another 10 thousand new jobs are expected to be created.

Thereupon, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev completed his visit to Surkhandarya region, and the Head of state returned to Tashkent.
